Welcome to Pansingsolutions.com. To ensure a safe, non-offensive environment for all our users, we have established this Terms and Conditions of Use. By accessing any areas of Pansingsolutions.com, user ("Users") agrees to be legally bound and to abide by the terms set forth below.

Children under 16 who wish to access Pansingsolutions.com website are only permissible with the involvement of a parent or guardian. All transactions conducted through Pansingsolutions.com are regarded to be in full consent and acknowledgement of the child's parent or guardian.

Pansingsolutions.com shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by users as a result of unauthorized use.

ONLINE CONDUCT

Any conduct by a User that in Pansingsolutions.com’s sole discretion restricts or inhibits any other User from using or enjoying Pansingsolutions.com will not be permitted. User agrees to Pansingsolutions.com only for lawful purposes. User is prohibited from posting on or transmitting through Pansingsolutions.com unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

TERMINATION OF USAGE

Pansingsolutions.com may terminate User access or suspend any User's access to all or part of Pansingsolutions.com, without notice, for any conduct that Pansingsolutions.com, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another User, a third-party Provider, a Merchant, a Sponsor, a Licenser, a service provider, or Pansingsolutions.com.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT

Pansingsolutions.com is a distributor and not a publisher of content supplied by third parties and Users. Pansingsolutions.com has no editorial control over such content than does a public library or newsstand. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information that constitutes part of content expressed or made available by third parties, including Providers, Merchants, Sponsors, Licensers, or any other User of Pansingsolutions.com, are those of the respective authors or distributors and not of Pansingsolutions.com or its affiliates or any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents. Neither Pansingsolutions.com nor its affiliates, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents, nor any third party, including any Provider, Merchant, Sponsor, Licenser, or any other User of Pansingsolutions.com guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness or any content, nor its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

In many instances, the Content available through Pansingsolutions.com represents the opinions and judgments of the respective Provider, Merchant, Sponsor, Licenser or User not under contract with Pansingsolutions.com. Pansingsolutions.com neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made on Pansingsolutions.com by anyone other than authorized Pansingsolutions.com employees. Under no circumstances shall Pansingsolutions.com or its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any loss or damage caused by a User's reliance on information obtained through Pansingsolutions.com. It is the responsibility of User to evaluate the information, opinion, advice or other content available through Pansingsolutions.com.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

ORDERS

We accept orders deliverable within Singapore or Malaysia addresses only. All products are subject to availability. Pansing Distribution Pte Ltd reserves the rights to restrict and/or reject any orders received for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.

Delivery to Singapore may direct orders to sales@pansing.com

Delivery to Malaysia may direct orders to pmm_cs@my.pansing.com

PRICE

All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice. From time to time, certain brands may increase the price of their products. Pansing Distribution Pte Ltd reserves the right to increase product price, however and whenever it shall deem appropriate in its sole discretion.

FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY

Fulfilment and delivery are in 7-10 working days subject to product availability. Fulfilment and delivery may take up to 5-6 weeks for products that needs to be shipped from overseas. Delivery will be charge where applicable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchange of products must be done within seven (7) working days starting from official receiving date. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons listed below:

1. You received the wrong item in your package

2. Products that are defective or damaged upon receipt

Requirements for Return and Exchange are as follows:

a. Only applicable for products purchased through Pansing (please provide order confirmation number issued to you during return and exchange request).

b. Only applicable for one-to-one exchange for same product.

c. The products must be in new condition and returned in the original, no broken seal, unopened packaging and any free gifts received with it (if applicable).

d. The product must not have been used.

e. Every request for return and exchange is subject to Pansing’s approval. The exchange product will not be eligible for further exchange unless it is defected or damaged upon receipt.

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

a. Products obtained from a source other than directly from Pansing.

b. Damaged by negligence, misuse, or activities other than the intended purpose

c. Change of mind

If your return meets all the requirements above, please contact our sales team at sales@pansing.com for Singapore and pmm_cs@my.pansing.com for Malaysia for further assistance.

Pansing reserves the rights to make any changes to these terms and condition at any time without any prior notice.

TERMINATION

Upon order confirmation, Pansing reserves the rights to reject order cancellation if any.
